Girls Tournament Update

The U10s finished as Runners up at Watford Ladies, losing a tight final to Garston 0-1 after an epic semi against Watford – 1-1 AET and level after 6 penalties, Lauren Lampert scored the crucial sudden death penalty. Hannah Rees was selected as GOT by Watford Ladies. They went one better at Kidlington, winning 4 and drawing 1 in the group then beating Wantage in the semi and Oxford City in the final. Daisy Cameron was GOT.

The U11s were unfortunate not to get out of the group at Watford but had a good day at Hemel Comets, winning 3 out of 4 in the group and beating Watford in the semi. The final against Garston was a great contest and looked set for extra time at 1-1. However Garston scored the winner with virtually the last kick of the game. Hannah Phillips was outstanding in the final but Lily Denyer was great all day and earned GOT.

Both U12 teams had a successful tournament at Watford. The two Ruislip teams were in separate groups.  The Clarets topped theirs and The Blues finished as Runners Up. Unfortunately this meant that the two Ruislip teams met in The Semi Final. The Blues ran out 3-0 winners and went on to beat Colne Valley 1-0 in the final.

The U14s won two out of three in the Group Stage at Hemel Comets and won their Semi-Final 4-1. The final against a very good Harvesters team was tight in normal time and finished 0-0. However Ruislip ran out of gas in extra time and went down 0-3.
