Ruislip Rangers U12A 6 – 2 Parkfield A

The season kicked off with a massive local derby as Rangers welcomed Parkfield to Kings College.

Rangers took an early lead when Kyle Doona’s shot was to hard for the keeper to hold 1-0. Parkfield were playing well and within 5 minutes had levelled 1-1.
HT 1-1


The boys weren’t playing well and the second half started after some strong words from Andy & Nick, the boys responded. Rangers went in front with a fantastic header from Captain Charlie Daragon.
2-1.

Rangers now started to play, Parkfield had no subs and it started to tell.After some great football down the right Sean Gowen scored an important third.
3-1

Parkfield wouldn’t lie down and were awarded a penalty. The penalty crashed off the post and Rangers were lucky The boys kept their heads and kept playing football and the goals came.
The forth goal came from Tom Quinn with a flowing move.
4-1.

Parkfield were awarded a second penalty and this time keeper Patrick Woulfe was unlucky not to save it.
4-2.

Charlie Amansti scored his first after he was sent clean through and finished well.
5-2

The boys finally relaxed and really started to play. Charlie A got his second after a great move and some strong forward play.
6-2

Flynn Duncan went off to hospital after a heavy landing but is ok.

Both teams hit the post before the final whistle. Parkfield as always gave Rangers a great game.
