Ruislip were out done again today in a poor fist 20 minutes, allowing Pitshanger to play too much they took advantage and raced into a 3 goal lead. Ben Poole had an opportunity cleared of the line and Jordan Cameron’s goal 5 minutes from half time was really only Ruislip’s highlights. Half time 3 v 1. Into the 2ndhalf and the Ruislip boys were a different team going forward as Pitshanger struggled to get out of their half. Blocked shots from Josh Harnett, Jack Tomkins, Owen Chantry and Ben Poole’s header coming of the post were just a few to mention. Ben Poole then drilled a well taken shot from just inside the area into the top corner to make it a nervy last ten minutes. Again the Ruislip boys pushed hard going forward and really their 2nd half performance merited extra time they just could not muster the equaliser. Again an excellent showing from Ruislip in the 2nd half but lost this game in the first 20 minutes. Report by Tony Poole – Coach
