Rangers picked up their first win of the season in a difficult and physical away match where the lead changed hands a few times.
Rangers went a goal down early on but Sean Gowen, making his first occasional appearance for the team, equalised 10 minutes later. Burnham scored again to give them the advantage going in to the half-time break.
Jerome equalised two minutes into the second half. Tom Quinn scored with a fantastic free kick to give Rangers the lead. Rangers made the game safe when Kamaal scored from a cross by Josh just before the end.
